Books will be available for sale at all events, and authors will be happy to sign/inscribe them. Book sales are provided by This House of Books.

The Billings Public Library is located at 510 N Broadway in downtown Billings. The Community Room is on the left just after entering the doors from the parking lot, before going through to the main part of the library.

Awards Ceremony Announcing Winners

8pm in the Glacier Room at MSUB

The Glacier Room is across the ground-floor atrium from Petro Theater in building #12 on the map below. Parking is available in lots off of Rimrock Road and near McMullen Hall off of Poly Drive.

    The Billings Public Library Board has established the High Plains Book Awards to recognize regional literary works which examine and reflect life on the High Plains, including the states of Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska, Colorado and Kansas, and the Canadian provinces of Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
