Information for Finalists

Hello, finalists, and congratulations! We hope you will be able to join us in October for the High Plains Book Awards banquet. Please let us know about your attendance plans by completing the form below.

If you plan to attend:

• Those staying at the Riversage Hotel must make reservations by calling 406-252-6800. Please indicate that you are a guest of the High Plains Book Awards. If you are reserving more than one room, you are responsible for the costs of the second room. Reservations must be made by October 12, 2018.
• If you are bringing a guest to the Saturday evening banquet, please pay the dinner guest charge of $45.00 by October 7, 2018.

Payments for your dinner guest may be made online, or by submitting a check in US Funds to High Plains Book Awards; 1302 24th St W, #109; Billings, MT 59102
